Dexion is founded by Mr Demetrius Comino who was the first to invent the slotted angle construction system which is probably the most economical and widely used storage construction system. It is still being used today and copied worldwide by others.

The word Dexion is derived from Greek meaning right angle is incorporated into the logo with the tick in the circle.

Dexion is a world leader in storage and material handling technology and has manufacturing plants all over the world including Australia, UK, Germany, USA, China and Malaysia.

In early 1999, the Dexion Group Ltd, parent company of Dexion Asia-Pacific undergo a RM2.5 billion merger with the Norwegian Constructor Group and thereby creating the Dexion Group being one of the largest global storage and material handling company in the world. As a result of the merger Constructor Dexion as a Group enjoys considerable information and technological advantages shared through its links with the Dexion Group of companies in UK, Europe, Scandinavia, the USA and Asia. Globally, the Dexion Group is represented in over 100 countries through a network of subsidiaries, distributors and licensees.

In Asia-Pacific, Dexion is headed by Dexion (Australia) Pty Limited which was founded in 1950 and has grown to be Austalia’s largest and most experienced manufacturer of integrated material handling, storage and distribution systems.
